I love drinking smoothies after a 30-40 minutes of workout. It gives me energy, it makes me feel healthy and it keeps me feeling full until dinner.
Smoothies are the easiest and the best way to diminish the fatigueness and get back up stronger and fiercer.
Today, I’m going to share you a simple smoothie recipe which is both dairy free and gluten free. You will only need a few ingredients and a blender and you’re good to go.
Trust me, you will thank me later.
Banana – 1Choice of dairy free milk – I used unsweetened Almond milk.
Dates – 3-4 (soaked in warm water/milk)
Maple syrup – 1 tbsp (if needed)
Skinned, chopped almonds – 2 tsp
Chia seeds – 1 tsp (optional)
Add all the ingredients in the blender or smoothie maker and enjoy an energizing and healthy drink that you can drink as a pre or post-workout drink.
It’s super delicious, super easy and you’ll be super happy with me for sharing this recipe with you.
I recently began drinking Almond milk and I feel so much better because I am lactose intolerant this milk has literally changed my life and body.
